I take a holistic approach to coaching, looking at your whole lifestyle, beliefs and habits, and combining many techniques and philosophies for best, lasting results.
Business coaching is brilliant for wannabe-entrepreneurs as well as more experienced business-women who need help taking their business to the next level or overcoming obstacles.
Whether you want to come up with a goo business idea and plan or work on improving your existing business, my focus is always on helping you create an authentic business that is a perfect fit with you and that you love – this is the key to success, not just in business but in life.
Wellness coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their health and lifestyle. Often this starts with weight loss/healthy diet and overcoming food addictions and yo yo dieting. Coaching for weight loss combines eating plans and nutrition with working on your relationship with food, emotional reasons for eating and eating habits. I also focus on overall lifestyle, emotional wellbeing and stress/anxiety reduction so that your whole lifestyle becomes healthier and more enjoyable. With this approach, results are always amazing!
As your coach, I am your guide to self-discovery. Rather than telling you what to do, or what is right or wrong, I’ll help you find the answers you’re looking for within yourself and find out what your blocks are and work through them.
I’ll help you find the confidence to trust your own intuition and judgement. This, I believe, is the most important thing in life and the key to authentic life and freedom. If you cannot trust yourself to make the right choices in your life, who can you trust?
Of course, I’ll also give you practical tools, such as suggested diet plans, business planning tools or organisational methods – but these will not be the main focus of my coaching because, how well these work depends on your mindset and how you feel about your ability to succeed. In other words, in order to succeed, you need to start with the right mindset and self-belief and only then take action.
Whatever your issue, I always take a holistic approach which always includes work on your beliefs, self-worth and mindset, because you are the answer to all your problems. What’s stopping you? What’s holding you back? The great thing is that while we might start working together on your business, you’ll soon start noticing positive changes in other areas of your life as well and you’ll just generally feel better about yourself and life – what more could you ask for?
