Monthly 3 Day Refresher
Changing your eating habits permanently is not easy. It’s not something you can do in just couple of weeks, it takes time and consistent effort. Over time, I’ve seen many of my Kickstarters achieve amazing results by repeating the course regularly. For most, I’ve noticed, it takes about 12 months to really permanently change your eating habits and make healthy eating a lifestyle that comes naturally. This is why I came up with the idea for a monthly 3 Day Refresher; something to get you back on track quickly and easily.
NOTE: while the eating plan you get is just 3 days, the actual course is 5 days with 2 prep days to give you time to get prepared and mentally focused. The course always starts on a Thursday so the eating plan starts on Saturday.

November Focus: What is healthy and what’s not?
This month we’re going back to basics. If you’ve done the Kickstarter this will be a great reminder of the basics of healthy eating. If you’ve not done the Kickstarter, this month’s Refresher will give you an introduction into basic nutrition – it is super simple! Knowledge is power so focusing on understanding what really is in our food, what makes processed foods (and sugar) so unhealthy will put you off junk food and it’ll be easy peasy to make better choices again!
Why just 3 days?
3 days is easy to do and it’s just enough to remind you of how good it feels to eat well and how much you can enjoy it. It’s enough to clean up any bad habits like reduce the amount of coffee you drink or cut out evening snacking, soft drinks or mid-afternoon chocolate bars. It’s also enough to start new healthy habits again like having breakfast, healthy snacks or preparing a healthy lunch.
Note: If you want, you can always continue the plan for another 2 or 3 days but it’s not necessary.
